Position Summary
The Senior Brand Manager serves as the strategic and commercial leader of the brand portfolio, responsible not only for growth and profitability but also for driving innovation and shaping long-term brand vision. This role leads end-to-end brand management across product, innovation, communication, and go‑to‑market strategy, acting as the business owner who champions both consumer insight and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the brand’s strategic growth plan, including brand positioning, portfolio strategy, and financial targets

Manage the brand P&L and optimize spend for maximum ROI

Own brand performance metrics including revenue, profit, share, and brand health and recommend actions to close gaps

Manage the product assortments and lifecycle from innovation to discontinuation

Own the innovation pipeline: identify whitespace opportunities, lead concept development, validate consumer insights, and guide new product launches from idea through commercialization

Collaborate with the Integrated Marketing Communications team to bring the brand strategy to life through high‑impact campaigns and storytelling

Champion the consumer’s voice across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency with brand values and identity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

7–10 years of progressive brand management experience in CPG, with proven success in innovation and business leadership

Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience

Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily office‑based with hybrid flexibility; remote consideration possible for the right candidate with reliable high‑speed internet and a dedicated professional workspace

Collaborative, fast‑paced environment with regular engagement across marketing, sales, operations, and executive leadership

Frequent video conferencing via Microsoft Teams or similar platforms; camera‑on participation expected for internal meetings

Standard business hours with occasional flexibility required to support product launches, campaign deadlines, or time‑sensitive brand initiatives

Primarily sedentary role with extended periods of working at a computer workstation

Frequent use of hands for typing, presentations, and digital asset review

Visual acuity required for reviewing brand materials, marketing content, and data‑driven reporting

Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines independently with minimal supervision

Occasional travel may be required to support go‑to‑market activations, agency partners, or industry events
