Digital Media Specialist

to support our growing marketing and social media operations. This role is ideal for college students or recent graduates who are passionate about content creation, digital marketing, social media trends, and automotive culture.

Responsibilities

Shoot photo and video content for the company’s social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and product promotions
Edit short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Create, organize, and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules across multiple platforms
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including content uploads, captions, engagement, and community interaction
Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas aligned with current social media trends and automotive culture
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support brand awareness campaigns and product launches
Assist with basic photography, videography setup, and behind-the-scenes content production
Monitor social media performance metrics and provide ideas for improving engagement and reach
Perform other marketing and content-related tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications

Current college student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, Advertising, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field preferred
Passion for cars, automotive culture, or aftermarket automotive products strongly preferred
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and current social media trends
Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable shooting content using smartphones, cameras, or other media equipment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling
Hands-on experience with a fast-growing automotive brand
