NewDay USA is hiring full-time Financial Services professionals to join our high‑performance teams in West Palm Beach and Fulton. New hires will gain hands‑on experience with daily financial operations, attend presentations from top Account Executives, participate in team competitions, and build a strong professional network while exploring the financial district of Downtown West Palm Beach.

We are hiring for our April 2026 and June 2026 full‑time new‑hire classes.

Starting at $60,000 per year

Unlimited commission potential

Required Qualifications (Deal‑Breakers)
To be considered for a full‑time role, candidates must meet ALL of the following:

Must hold or be completing a bachelor’s degree earned from an accredited U.S. college or university

Preferably majoring in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Must be graduating December 2025 May 2026 or be a recent graduate (within 3 years)

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must not require sponsorship now or in the future

0–1 years of experience in financial services

(Not required, but highly valued)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related majors

3.0+ GPA

Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and accountability

Passion for your alma mater and professional growth
