Prior experience in Creator or Influencer Relations, specifically with experience working with TikTok or TikTok Shop
Experience supporting and executing Influencer and Creator Campaigns
Strong attention to detail and discretion when working with high‑profile individuals
Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and creator ecosystems
Ability to evaluate and analyze influencer performance using key metrics
Familiarity with influencer platforms and reporting dashboards
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills

Hands‑on management of creator partnerships from outreach through activation
Prior experience sourcing, vetting, and onboarding creators, including evaluating brand fit, engagement, and performance metrics
TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus, particularly familiarity with affiliate programs, creator storefronts, and performance‑driven creator campaigns
Understanding of campaign tracking, deliverables, and creator contracts

Responsibilities
TikTok Shop – Creator Campaign Management
Supports the newly launched brand TikTok Shop by driving day‑to‑day management of affiliate creator campaigns in partnership with the PR team
Manages overall campaign calendar and aligns cross‑functional strategy, product launch timing, execution, amplification, and timely reporting
Builds multiple timely briefs, casts 50–200 creators per campaign, invites creators on the platform, approves sample requests, tracks content, and shares internal engagement and amplification data
Vets 300–400+ creators per campaign to cast roughly 200+ creators
Manages 12+ campaigns across the client portfolio
Handles budget tracking for a $200,000+ sample budget, content clipping (200–300 videos per campaign, approximately 3,600 videos annually), and troubleshooting communications with creators (up to 200+ per moment)
Supports TikTok Shop live strategy, including lo‑fi and hi‑produced live shopping, providing strategic guidance and optimization support
Partners with social media, brand strategy, paid media, digital team, and others to identify content for amplification on other channels based on performance
Oversees weekly cross‑functional meetings and creates weekly reports on creator performance, analyzing top creators, products, and metrics against KPIs
Stays current on TikTok Shop trends and patterns, providing innovative recommendations
Supports budget management and fosters a positive team environment
Applies findings from emerging cultural moments, platform trends, and core demographic behaviors to real‑time opportunities
Client & Creator Program
Supports day‑to‑day management of the program under the PR Specialist, including vetting and content approval to admit new members daily
Sorts content and shares with appropriate internal partners for marketing amplification
Manages overall calendar, tasks, sampling and budget for program initiatives
Partners on weekly reporting and timely recap
Assists in planning and executing engagement opportunities, including onsite events, brand events, and focus group coordination
Statusphere
Executes large‑scale influencer campaigns (700–1,000+ creators), ensuring timelines, deliverables, and content requirements are met
Manages creator onboarding, communications, and troubleshooting to maintain high participation and content quality
Tracks, optimizes, and reports influencer content for SEO and geographic impact (keyword usage, local relevance, backlink attribution, indexed performance)
Coordinates with internal teams to align content with brand messaging, search priorities, and geographic targeting strategies
Vets creator submissions at scale to confirm platform compliance, tagging, posting accuracy, and keyword inclusion
Aggregates creator metrics (links, locations, content types) to support search visibility and discoverability goals
