JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic Paid Social Group Manager for a 9-month maternity leave coverage to lead impactful full-funnel paid social campaigns, manage significant media budgets, and leverage campaign data to enhance performance and ROI. The ideal candidate will strategize and execute paid social initiatives, oversee a vast media budget, and influence team members and external agency partners. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and a cooperative approach to achieve shared goals in a fast-paced environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Strategize, execute, and optimize high-performing paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Manage and optimize paid content syndication across networks such as Taboola and Outbrain.

Lead full-funnel paid social strategies in collaboration with agencies to boost engagement, traffic, and ROI.

Oversee an extensive paid media budget and conduct A/B tests and various experiments for continuous optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute campaigns and meet business objectives effectively.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).

Exceptional analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.

Strong communication abilities to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders.

Industry Experience

Candidate with 7-10 years in a consumer or tech environment, particularly within an agency or corporate setting focusing on paid social, will be preferred. A background in marketing, communications, digital media, or a relevant field is essential for this role.
