Duties
& Responsibilities:
• Sales support: Oversee production of sales collateral; coordinate product/service information and pricing updates; ensure materials are current and on-brand.
• Maintain roster of current Sales team and distribution lists, ensuring they have access to Tech Stack and are equipped with tools needed in the field
• Manage marketing assets, including collateral, apparel and inhouse tradeshow material
• Coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups;
• Marketing coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social, website, and events; coordinate schedules, assets, and approvals.
• Assist with the production and distribution of marketing content (flyers, one-pagers, case studies, newsletters) working with internal stakeholders and vendors as needed.
• Support event logistics for local conferences and meetings, trade shows, webinars, and customer events (registration, materials, booth needs, run-of-show, post-event follow-up).
• Monitor and respond to inbound inquiries from web forms, email, or phone; route leads appropriately and ensure timely responses.
• Reporting & administration: Assist with tracking campaign performance and sales activity; compile weekly/monthly dashboards (leads, conversion, pipeline, revenue, engagement).
• Support and coordinate content creation for internal communications mediums
• Manage marketing and sales calendars; coordinate deadlines, approvals, and communication between teams.
• Maintain shared files, templates, brand assets, and vendor contact lists; help document processes and best practices.
• Support basic website updates (as applicable) and ensure accuracy of listings, bios, and product/service information.
• Other duties as assigned to support business goals.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Required: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative role (B2B experience a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning new tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Preferred: Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Familiarity with light graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and brand guidelines.
• Highly organized with strong project coordination and time-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset; able to communicate professionally with prospects, customers, and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and metrics.
• Collaborative team player who can coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership.
• Problem-solver with a continuous-improvement mindset; able to document processes and propose efficiencies.
• Discretion in handling confidential information and customer data.
