Job Summary

The Parts & Accessories (P&A) organization leads the strategy, development, and management of Harley Davidson’s portfolio of Parts, Consumables and Accessories. The organization supports long term growth and brand relevance by delivering differentiated, high quality products that enhance the rider experience and extend the Harley Davidson lifestyle.
The Portfolio Lead is responsible for the end‑to‑end development and maintenance of a rolling 5‑year Product Line Strategy for assigned product lines in accordance with the Life Cycle Plan. The role requires strong business management, financial aptitude, creativity and courage to develop product opportunities that enable us to compete and win in a highly competitive environment.
Key responsibilities include opportunity identification and valuation, establishing and fostering relationships across product development, supply management, global commercial teams, marketing, suppliers, dealers and customers, and managing the life cycle of new and existing products.
Job Responsibilities

Creativity & Business Acumen: Our competition runs our product lines as individual businesses.
Leveraging the entirety of the H‑D machine versus our competition.
Identifying underserved or overserved areas in the product line ecosystem.
Exploring and experimenting with new and existing trends.
Ensuring operational efficiency and removing barriers that impede growth.
Accelerating growth beyond internally developed products through licensing, marketing, etc.
Identifying regional, market‑level, and customer‑level gaps within our portfolios and solving them organically or inorganically.
Reducing complexity to support supply‑management decisions and present end‑to‑end business cases for supplier changes.
Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Education Specifications

Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements

This position typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the following:
Consumer and stakeholder focus: satisfying the needs of multiple stakeholders in a holistic, integrated product plan (Consumers, Dealers, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).
Market focus with responsiveness to demand and competition in the market.
Honest broker ability to resolve conflict in product requirements, timing, pricing, and volume between operations, sales, and marketing.
Capacity for complexity: balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders to ultimately serve riders and dealers.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

Pay Range: $107,100 – $165,900
