Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with an advanced degree.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Experience in the consumer electronics, OEM, telecom, E‑Commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
Preferred qualifications
5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
2 years of experience in app monetization or growth ecosystem.
Experience working cross-functionally and managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience leading and closing complex partnership agreements, and with negotiation, structuring, and implementation.
Experience using one monetization or ad‑serving solution (e.g., AdSense, AdMob, Google Ad Manager, other solutions).
Excellent investigative and data analysis skills, with the ability to assess partnership opportunities and develop business cases.

As a Strategic Development Senior Associate, you will be part of a fast‑growing and entrepreneurial team within the Global Partnerships Sellside. You will work closely with some of the largest and most strategic app developers and partners in the market. Additionally, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with Google’s Product and Go‑to‑Market teams to ensure we build and deploy industry‑leading solutions. Our Strategic Partner Managers are innovators, encouraged to think big and collaborate with teammates to explore new solutions that meet the evolving needs of Google’s partners.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of large sellside mobile app partners, helping them drive long‑term sustainable revenue and customer satisfaction with Google’s suite of display ad solutions.
Develop executive‑level relationships with partners by becoming a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Keep customers up‑to‑date on various Google products, features and optimizations, and identify business and product opportunities via data‑driven analysis to expand Google’s platform.
Work with a variety of teams at Google (e.g., Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure partners have access to the resources they need to succeed.
Drive the growth of the overall U.S. Apps development ecosystem.
