Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
Experience in the consumer electronics, OEMs, telecom, e-commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in conducting market research and evaluating business proposals with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, strategy, and legal teams.
Experience with online advertising or ad business generation solutions (e.g., Google Ad Manager, AdSense, AdMob) or knowledge of the programmatic advertising space.
Ability to identify and assess potential business opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
About the role
As part of the Global Partnerships Sellside team, you will partner with online publishers and app developers to grow their businesses using Google products such as AdMob and Google Ad Manager. You will drive a solutions-based approach across advertising and analytics to uncover new opportunities for partners, helping them better engage users and advertisers. Your work supports a platform trusted by over a million partners worldwide, bolstering Google’s position as a leading enabler of digital content globally.
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of sell-side mobile app partners, helping them drive long-term sustainable business and customer satisfaction with Google’s suite of display ad solutions.
Cultivate executive-level relationships with partners by becoming a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and delivering exceptional customer support.
Ensure customers stay up-to-date on various Google products, features, and optimizations.
Identify business and product opportunities via data-driven analysis to expand Google’s platform.
Collaborate with a variety of teams at Google (e.g., Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure partner success.
US: $89,500 - $128,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.
