Program Coordinator

Eurofins EAG Agroscience, LLC (EAS) is seeking a

temporary, full time

Technicianto to work with our Residue Chemistry team in Columbia, MO.

Job Description

Maintains clean laboratory conditions which include, but is not limited to, cleaning glassware, emptying trash, mopping floors, etc.

Disposes of and separates waste liquids according to established practices complying with OSHA regulations and SOPs.

Responsible for calibration of analytical instruments, maintaining storage units and lab supplies, and ensuring that equipment is available and in good working order.

May be required to move/transfer materials from one department to another; check in/out materials as requested by study personnel

Completes documentation legibly, timely, and accurately according to all regulatory requirements; maintains and completes equipment log books; documents all movement of materials during process of receipt, transfer, disposal, or archiving and distributes documents as required.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate would possess:

Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.

College lab classes or familiarity with lab environment preferred.

Depending on area of assignment, previous farm/gardening background/experience preferred.

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
