Territory Sales Representative (Full Time)
Seeking a highly driven individual to manage retail stores within a dedicated geographical territory, cultivating relationships with retail partners and field leadership to drive sales and market share of brand products.
Responsibilities
Responsible for a geographic territory and supporting national accounts and key independent trade customers both in person and virtually to build relationships and ensure sales targets are achieved while identifying and analyzing performance trends.
Build and maintain essential relationships with trade customers through group meetings, incentives, lunch & learns, and other strategic activities to help drive sales.
Collaborate with Mosaic Display Execution teams and store merchandise and management teams to maintain product placement on displays.
Deliver presentations to educate retail, direct, and business teams on key product differentiators, messages, and promotions.
Gather competitive intelligence and report on tactics such as price moves, new products, and merchandising materials.
Maintain working knowledge of all products to be a subject matter expert and direct questions from retail associates on product issues, allocation, and inventory challenges.
Attend marketing events, customer rallies, and product launch activities to educate and train on product features and service offerings as requested.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
1–3 years of retail sales and/or training experience.
Experience with home appliances, retail, direct, business, and/or national retail markets.
Tech savvy with enthusiasm for home improvement.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Energetic and enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Effective group presentation and demonstration communication.
Ability to coordinate and lead formal or informal training events on product features and benefits within store, market, and virtually.
Independent, motivated team player.
Full‑time availability Monday–Friday; some Saturday and promotional holiday shifts required.
Capability to lift at least 50 lbs.
Residency in a centrally located approved area for the assigned territory.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.
Strong working knowledge of Google G Suite preferred.
Ability to acquire or utilize a cellular device approved by Whirlpool for business communications.
