LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR DACH PV MARKET

Our comprehensive product portfolio includes fixed-tilt systems, solar trackers, roof-mounted structures, façade-integrated solutions, and solar carports — positioning us as a one-stop shop for EPC contractors and renewable energy investors.
To strengthen our sales and further drive our expansion in DACH we are looking for an experienced PV professional to join our dynamic sales team.
Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for co-developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the DACH market, in close collaboration with the Commercial Director based in Poland. This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition, making it an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a strong drive for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Co-develop and implement go-to-market strategies for DACH
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to after-sales support
Build and maintain relationships with key developers, EPCs, large installers, and international partners.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, translating them into actionable business strategies.
Coordinate trade fair and conference activities in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Commercial Director.
Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events within the region
Negotiate prices and contracts with customers.
Work closely with the R&D, logistics, and customer service teams to tailor value propositions to customer needs.
Utilize the CRM system for time management, sales planning, and reporting.
Qualifications & Key Success Factors
German – C2 / Native
Polish – an additional asset / will be considered an advantage
Proven track record in sales development within the PV industry in DACH
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish and maintain long-term business relationship
Experience with PV mounting systems will be considered a significant advantage
