Looking for a highly organized Campaign Producer to serve as the connective link across paid and organic social, media planning, creative production, and campaign execution. This role is heavily focused on project management, QA, and digital trafficking, supporting campaigns from briefing through launch across multiple channels and high-volume workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end campaign workflows across digital, social, video, print, and OOH channels
Own project management responsibilities including timelines, workback schedules, milestones, and status meetings
Coordinate creative briefings, approvals, metadata, QA, and trafficking processes
Partner cross-functionally with media, creative, production, and marketing teams
Support campaigns across display, YouTube, connected TV, social, and partner media channels
Ensure campaign assets meet specifications and quality standards across formats and dimensions
Navigate fast-paced, high-volume campaign environments with strong attention to detail
Lead tactical meetings and proactively communicate updates, risks, and next steps
Ideal Background
Experience in agency or high-volume marketing environments
Strong understanding of paid media and digital campaign execution
Hands‑on experience with digital trafficking and QA workflows
Familiarity with Airtable, Mac environments, and in-house workflow systems
Strong organizational skills, technical acumen, and ability to speak up and drive process forward
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with accuracy and urgency
