Develop a clear understanding of the corrections industry landscape, including budgeting processes, commercial practices, and state-level strategies. Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate competitors’ business models, products, and sales activities. Build awareness of key local correctional-system integrators and their capabilities, and identify customer needs and operational requirements.
Market & Business Development
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the security industry; assess US market needs to drive growth and expand partnerships for security and related solution offerings.
Business Cooperation & Project Follow-up
Lead negotiations for contract signing & project launch; oversee full communication project lifecycle (bidding, demo, quotation, execution); coordinate technical team for on-time delivery & client satisfaction.
Client Relationship
Build/maintain key client relationships.
Qualifications
Experience working with, or supporting projects for, U.S. government agencies such as the Department of Justice (DOJ), state or local prosecutors’ offices, or other prosecutorial and justice-system entities.
Result-oriented, pressure-resistant, self-motivated.
