Provides technical support in the research and coordination of projects/ assignments that cross departmental or divisional lines; acts as lead for organizational projects/assignments.

Essential Functions

Plan, schedule, and coordinate aircraft maintenance project.

Manage resources, parts, and tool availability.

Monitor budgets; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain project documentation.

Report progress to management and customers; lead continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in aviation management, or related field.

Minimum Experience
Three (3) years in aviation maintenance or project administration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of aircraft maintenance functions within Air Operations. Proficiency with MS Office, PM tools, strong communication and organizational skills; knowledge of aviation regulations and QA processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Extensive computer experience with knowledge of SAS preferred. The desired location for this position would be Oakland, California. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.

Pay Transparency
Pay: $7,152.35 - $11,801.37 USD Monthly
