Web Strategist

to help shape the future of enterprise digital experience across web, search, and conversion journeys.

About the Role
This role blends digital strategy, analytics, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end web performance across key digital touchpoints including search experiences, service line pages, provider profiles, campaign landing pages, and appointment booking pathways.

You’ll serve as a strategic partner to both marketing and operational teams, translating business goals into actionable digital strategies while leveraging data and insights to continuously improve performance.

If you enjoy solving complex digital challenges, working across multiple stakeholders, and driving enterprise-level web strategy, this is a strong opportunity for growth and visibility.

What You’ll Do

Partner closely with marketing, analytics, web operations, and service line teams to enhance digital experience and performance

Translate business objectives and campaign briefs into actionable web and digital strategies

Search experiences

Landing pages

Provider profiles

Analyze dashboards, performance metrics, and behavioral data to drive informed recommendations

Identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, SEO performance, and user experience

Support service line redesign initiatives and smaller-scale web optimization projects during the first 3–6 months

Help strengthen digital presence, discoverability, and brand reputation across enterprise web channels

Collaborate with analytics partners to support ongoing testing, measurement, and continuous optimization

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in web strategy, digital strategy, digital marketing, or agency-style consulting

Strong understanding of:

SEO

Paid media

Web analytics

Digital performance optimization

Comfortable navigating fast-paced, highly matrixed environments

Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and clearly present insights

A proactive, growth-minded professional excited to take ownership and expand their impact

Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
