We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Uptive’s family of brands marketing initiatives across digital marketing, CRM management, sales enablement, content creation, trade shows, and marketing operations.

You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, sales team, outside agencies, and subject matter experts to help execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

We’re looking for someone who is curious about emerging marketing technologies and excited to learn how AI can support smarter, faster marketing operations.

Responsibilities
CRM, Digital Marketing & Content Support

Assist with executive of marketing campaigns across social media, paid advertising, and website channels

Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to assist with content ideation, campaign development, research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Assist with SEO, AEO, and GEO-related content updates and optimization initiatives

Support ongoing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital marketing initiatives

Explore and recommend new AI tools and marketing technologies

Assist with maintaining brand consistency and quality control across AI-assisted marketing content

Support CRM management and database organization within HubSpot

Assist with building and maintaining email workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, contact segmentation and automation processes

Help maintain clean marketing data and optimize CRM processes for scalability

Support digital enablement initiatives that improve customer experience and internal team efficiency

Trade Shows & Events

Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and customer events

Managa event materials including banners, giveaways, shipping, collateral, and booth assets

Help organize event timelines, registration deadlines, and vendor coordination

Assist with post-event lead management and campaign follow-up

Create and organize sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials

Help maintain marketing assets libraries and internal documentation

Assist with reporting and tracking campaign performance metrics

Administrative & Team Support

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and partners

Help maintain organized marketing files, templates, and documentation

Support day-to-day marketing operations and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred

1-3 years of marketing experience preferred (internships included)

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Interest in AI tools and emerging marketing technologies

Comfortable learning and adapting to new digital platforms and software
