Base + OTE ($120K–$130K+)
We’re partnering with a
well-funded, global dental manufacturer
expanding rapidly in the U.S. and looking for a
hands‑on Inside Sales Leader
to build and scale their team.
The Role:
Lead and grow an inside sales team (1 → 6 reps)
Own inbound lead conversion + team performance
Coach reps, track KPIs, and drive revenue
Work directly with executive leadership at HQ
What We’re Looking For:
Dental sales
leadership experience or inside sales management
Strong with metrics, CRM, and team development
Ideally experience with implants, bone grafts, or DSOs or Medical
a strong inside sales manager outside of dental is ok!
