Overview
Responsible for business development, customer satisfaction, nurturing existing relationships, and selling new business. Leads the entire sales cycle using the CRM mode, identifies opportunities and provides proposals to customers, and is accountable for revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Owns and ensures achievement of agreed sales targets, including Total Estimated Contract Value and Revenue Pipeline. Meets targets for realizable revenue commitments for the FY and maintains a high win rate for qualified opportunities.
Salary Range
$110,500 - $171,400 a year
Qualifications
Graduate College Degree (Bachelor of Computer Science)
Minimum of 4 years of customer‑facing experience in business development and delivery
Knowledge of the Retail domain
Strong understanding of Agile & DevOps ways of working
Experience driving large RFP responses
