Role Description

We are seeking an onsite 3DEXPERIENCE Developer based out of the Newark, CA office, with strong hands‑on customization and development expertise in the following areas:
10+ years of strong hands‑on experience in 3DEXPERIENCE customization and development
Deep expertise in CAA (C++), EKL, and VBA for 3DEXPERIENCE applications
Proven experience in developing and enhancing custom commands, business rules, and automation
Strong background in platform‑level configuration and customization to support
Engineering and R&D use cases
New release rollouts and upgrades
Root cause analysis
Building automation to reduce manual effort and recurring errors
Experience with code upgrades, platform enhancements, and deployment of custom features across 3DEXPERIENCE releases
Ability to work closely with PLM, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to translate evolving business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to work onsite with end users to quickly understand issues and deliver effective solutions
Experience supporting or integrating 3DExperience with enterprise systems such as ERP.
Customization and enhancement of 3DSpace and 3DDashboard, including UI components, dashboards, widgets, and user‑centric workflows, is a plus.
