Our Sales Coordinators are vital to the hotel’s success, acting as the direct link between the front desk and our sales team. They assist with incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, support the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and ensure our guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised.

Key Responsibilities

Be one of the first points of contact for incoming sales calls, responding quickly, timely, and professionally to all internal partners and external customers.

Assist with or manage room blocks, reporting, client notifications of key dates (cut‑off or payment schedule deadlines), group resumes, event orders and BEOs, billing details, and other integral administrative aspects of groups and events.

Support pre‑event, main event, and post‑event details: track, detail, and communicate with internal partners and external clients about each assigned event and group.

Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, and learn about function spaces, audio‑visual, and other details related to group and event success.

Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies (rates, fees, budgeted goals).

Prepare for, participate in, and report at all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications required for this position.
