Video Editor (Project-based)

What we're looking for:
Join a creative and dynamic team at Advanced Systems Group as a Video Editor, where your storytelling talents and editing expertise will shape innovative content for top‑tier clients. Be at the forefront of digital media, helping to produce streaming, digital, and social assets that captivate audiences globally. This role works variable hours, on a project‑to‑project basis, depending on client needs.

What You’ll Do:

Craft compelling, original marketing content that stands out across digital platforms.

Collaborate with creative teams to bring bold ideas to life—your vision and input are valued at every stage of post production and editing.

Edit dynamic, engaging stories using a mix of original footage and existing content, ensuring every project feels fresh and impactful.

Interpret feedback with creativity and clarity, delivering visually striking assets that fulfill both marketing strategies and creative aspirations.

Work with provided graphic elements and experiment with creative techniques to elevate the finished product.

Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment with the support of a vibrant team.

Apply low‑level color correction and audio balancing to enhance final deliverables.

Keep everyone in the loop with clear timeline estimates and proactive status updates.

You Bring:

3+ years’ experience editing content for advertising, commercials, social, or digital media.

Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with graphic elements and a passion for visual storytelling.

Experience collaborating closely with creative teams and interpreting feedback.

An understanding of all phases of production, with excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects.

Strong creative instincts, clear communication skills, and an ability to simplify complex problems.

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Bonus: Motion graphics skills or an understanding of live streaming/content production.
