How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll contribute to Lubrizol’s success through analysis, attention to detail, and problem solving. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of individuals to deliver sustainable solutions that advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly sales reports specific to the North America sales team in Excel and Power BI.

Provide data for quarterly business reviews.

Prepare slides for monthly sales calls.

Onboard new account managers, including CRM and other system training.

Manage team sites, including the team SharePoint site.

Review and manage data in the CRM tool, identifying contacts, accounts and opportunities and ensuring data is current and accurate.

Prepare data for monthly pipeline calls.

Create and manage customized team reporting in the Account Manager portal.

Complete pricing activities, such as setting up customer‑specific pricing in Vendavo, creating and updating price lists and managing general price increases.

Manage customer setup and maintenance, including submitting requests for new customer setup via CMRP, ensuring data in SAP matches purchase orders, maintaining account assignments, and providing vendor documentation.

Handle general customer support by identifying and investigating invoice errors, assisting the Customer Experience Team, providing price lists when requested, and forwarding leads to the correct account manager or distributor.

Manage other duties: process vendor invoices for payment, create purchase requisitions for marketing vendors, review and approve MyLubrizol registration, provide assistance with the Demand Planning Tool, perform SAP data and navigation tasks, and work with Excel, BOBJ, CRM, SAP, and Power BI.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Experience working in a fast‑paced, dynamic administrative or sales coordination role.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and partner with internal and external stakeholders to creatively resolve challenges.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Customer Relationship Management system.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Experience with SAP, Business Objects (BOBJ), Market Intelligence systems (C&MI), Vendavo Price Management, and Business Intelligence systems (Power BI).

Work Environment

Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.

Working in laboratory or manufacturing settings with PPE provided.

Use of computers and digital tools in office or hybrid environment.

Occasional lifting or movement of materials.

Adherence to safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
