Digital Marketing Director
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Director to lead and grow our marketing division. This individual will oversee marketing strategy, brand development, lead generation, online presence, and customer engagement while helping drive company growth.

The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, highly organized, customer service oriented, and confident communicating with both clients and team members. A strong background in digital marketing, leadership, sales strategy, and business development is preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Manage social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and email campaigns
Oversee branding, content creation, and online reputation management
Track campaign performance and provide reporting/analytics
Generate leads and improve customer acquisition strategies
Manage and mentor marketing staff and vendors

Qualifications
