Position Summary
Reporting to the Division Vice President, the Regional Director (RD) leads the performance of assigned Store Managers to achieve regional operational excellence and is accountable for meeting performance targets including sales, conversion, customer satisfaction, payroll, shrink, and employee engagement/turnover. The RD ensures all operational routines and company programs/initiatives are executed within their region and that the right talent and culture are in place to meet performance targets.
Essential Job Functions
Drive foundational excellence (staffing, scheduling, training, productivity, floor management, promotional readiness, and competitor awareness) within the assigned region.
Build a culture in partnership with the store manager that promotes recognition, accountability, discipline, and a sense of urgency to achieve performance targets.
Create a sales and customer service culture through active performance management, consistent skill development, and coaching of store managers on driving sales through 5‑star customer service, product knowledge, and operational and visual presentation execution. Lead bridal shows and outreach initiatives.
Ensure the right talent and capability in the region through ongoing development, assessments, and workforce planning to identify growth potential and backfill needs. Proactively recruit top talent and set stretching goals.
Lead execution of operational routines, policies, and procedures. Achieve financial goals including plan, payroll, turnover, and conversion. Use P&L to identify opportunities and make timely decisions. Ensure store standards for visual merchandising and marketing meet brand expectations.
Lead regional customer‑service strategies to meet or exceed standards in Mystery Shops, Birdeye, and myCustomer app usage. Resolve customer‑service issues in a timely manner and maintain consistent H2T quality selling.

Physical Demands
Communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Travel by car, rail, or air.
Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2–3 years of district management preferred.
Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and Social Media/Brand Ambassador skills.
Travel required (1–2 times per month or more).
Store visits are four times per week; scheduled to the needs of the business and may include nights and weekends during Bridal Christmas.
