About Our Property
We are looking for a highly engaging, customer focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional service, be open to learning and lead by example, respond in a professional and courteous manner to guests and the team, and support the team both personally and professionally.
Your Role
Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, and set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
Send packages and answer general questions
Create monthly recap of leads and updates
Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours
Prepare Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate
Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary
Update Sales System with actuals after completion of events
Send out Thank You cards/emails
What are we looking for?
Someone with a high school diploma or equivalent
Someone with previous hotel or resort experience preferred
Someone with a strong desire to make an impact on other people
Someone with an outgoing and engaging personality
Someone with strong computer skills
Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Someone with the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
Compensation
$24.00
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
