divh2Talent Sourcer/h2pOur client, a Consumer Goods company, is looking for a Talent Sourcer for their Chicago, IL/Hybrid location./ppResponsibilities:/pulliThe Talent Sourcer will support Clients Talent Acquisition team by proactively identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying candidates for hard-to-fill and ageing requisitions./liliThis role partners closely with recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines and accelerate time-to-fill across priority roles./liliThe Sourcer focuses on front-end talent identification and engagement, allowing recruiters to concentrate on stakeholder management, interviews, and offers./liliProactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals, market mapping, and professional networks./liliExecute sourcing strategies aligned to recruiter-led Recruitment Strategy Meetings (RSMs) and ageing requisitions./liliConduct initial outreach with phone as the primary first-touch method, followed by email as needed, using Clients Employee Value Proposition./li/ulpPre-Qualification Pipeline Management:/pulliPre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, career goals, and interest level prior to recruiter handoff./liliMaintain accurate candidate records within Client recruiting systems and talent communities./liliBuild and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including referral generation./li/ulpRecruiter Partnership:/pulliPartner closely with recruiters to prioritize ageing requisitions./liliProvide regular updates on sourcing activity, candidate flow, and market insights./liliSupport recruiters during periods of high requisition volume./li/ulpProcess Compliance:/pulliFollow Client recruiting processes, data privacy standards, and sourcing best practices./liliEnsure accurate source tracking and documentation./li/ulpRequirements:/pulli2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting./liliStrong experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques./liliExcellent candidate engagement skills./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./liliExperience in large, global organizations or RPO environments./liliFamiliarity with Workday or similar ATS platforms./liliExperience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or corporate roles./li/ulpWhy Should You Apply?/pulliHealth Benefits/liliReferral Program/liliExcellent growth and advancement opportunities/li/ulpICONMA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
