About the Role
The Client Manager position is a cornerstone role on Continuum Media’s Client Service team and plays a critical part in supporting our sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while also being self-sufficient and comfortable working independently.

You’ll use your communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts across Account Executives, while supporting planning teams and other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in advertising

Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills

Comfortable interacting with partners and clients

Must be proficient in all Microsoft office properties

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player

Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day maintenance of an assigned account list

Communicate both internally across all teams along and externally with clients and partners

Learn and master the use of our proprietary tools

Assist Planning teams

Confirm and execute client orders

Prepare weekly post log reports and final campaign posts and analysis

Deliver timely reporting to clients

Collaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimization

Become an expert in the sales and operations processes

Act as a liaison between sales, planning, traffic, accounting, and our clients and partners

Work with the business intelligence team on specific client requests

Other responsibilities as required (we’re a small company – we all pitch in and get things done!)
