Photography Specialist

Produce visually compelling and impactful photographs and videos for visual, technical, and educational purposes. Work with senior leadership to produce a combination of photos and videos to use in marketing, training, and educational purposes. As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the ability to achieve technical excellence, meet qualitative and quantitative goals, and deliver results that align with project requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Managing photography sessions and clearly communicating with the marketing team to set up a time and location for a photoshoot
Maintaining and managing photography equipment
Submitting photos into D.A.M. tool with proper labeling and tagging
Working with traditional and modern photography equipment, arranging objects and scenes, and directing participants during photoshoots
Maintaining archives of images and videos
Staying updated with best practices and techniques and applying them effectively
Qualifications:
Strong personal and technical communication skills
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Computer literacy in a Windows and Mac environment, including Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Associate degree in photography or related discipline from an accredited college or university
2+ years of previous photography experience in restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
Excellent phone communication skills, and excellent organizational
Highly detail oriented, self-motivated and conscientious on follow through
Professional personal presentation with cordial one-on-one presence
Ability to perform as a team member and possess strong computer skills
