Job Summary
Create unforgettable premium experiences that set the standard! As a Premium Manager, you will oversee suites, clubs, and VIP hospitality areas, ensuring exceptional service, seamless operations, and elevated guest satisfaction across all premium spaces.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in premium hospitality, food & beverage, or high‑end service environments
Experience managing teams in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting
Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and POS systems
Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of suites, clubs, and premium hospitality areas
Manage staffing, scheduling, and training of premium service teams
Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and guest experience
Coordinate with culinary teams to execute premium menus and offerings
Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls within premium areas
Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
Build relationships with VIP guests and key stakeholders to enhance experience
