Responsibilities
Research, content creation, talent coaching, marketing and promotion creation, strategy building, social media oversight
Create, manage and execute the vision and strategy of all elements of the brand, including but not limited to music, spoken word, architecture, talent, contesting, production, digital applications.
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in radio or media leadership
Must be able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple duties simultaneously
Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Experience with and an understanding of social media and digital best practices
Outstanding content judgment and ability to work under pressure
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in media production and broadcast systems
Ability to work flexible and irregular hours
Willingness to experiment and innovate
Pay Transparency
The anticipated starting salary range for this opportunity is $75,000 - $125,000 annually. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
