Hailide America, a leading manufacturer of high-tenacity industrial polyester, nylon, and specialty yarns, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to support our continued growth across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing customer accounts, driving both volume and profitability

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand yarn sales

Actively prospect and onboard new accounts within assigned markets

Represent the company at industry conventions, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions

Provide technical support and respond effectively to customer inquiries and challenges

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, or a related field (preferred)

Experience & Skills

Proven sales experience in industrial fibers, yarns, or composites markets

Strong knowledge of yarn types such as PET, PA6, PA6.6, LCP, PPS, PEEK, PLA, and their applications

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global organization, with proven experience working in cross-cultural and multi-regional environments and effectively navigating cultural differences to collaborate across diverse, global teams

Strong self-motivation with a results-driven mindset

Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel 50%+ across North America (with occasional international travel)

Home office based in the Southeastern U.S. preferred, but open to other locations
