Job Summary
The Marketing Operations Manager brings structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving creative and marketing organization. This role sits at the center of everything we do—connecting creative, marketing, web, and email teams to ensure work moves seamlessly from concept to execution. The Marketing Operations Manager is not just managing timelines—they are orchestrating how ideas come to life across channels. This role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Lead the intake, organization, and prioritization of all creative and content requests across teams.
Build and manage workflows in Asana that drive visibility, accountability, and speed.
Act as the central connector across creative, marketing, web development, and email teams—ensuring alignment from brief to launch.
Bring structure to multi-channel campaigns, including website updates, email deployments, and content rollouts.
Partner on content production planning, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage the creative budget, including tracking spend, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality.
Continuously refine processes to improve how work flows across teams and channels.
Support Trade Marketing initiatives, including coordination of trade-facing campaigns, collateral, and partner-focused content to drive engagement with travel advisors and trade partners.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing projects across creative, marketing, or agency environments.
Deep expertise in Asana (or similar tools)—you build systems that scale.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Solid understanding of marketing workflows, including campaign planning and asset development.
Working knowledge of web development processes (briefing, QA, timelines, handoff between design and dev).
Working knowledge of email development and deployment (build timelines, testing, approvals, scheduling).
Experience managing content production and multi-channel execution.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail—you bring clarity where there is complexity.
Strong communicator and team leader, able to guide cross-functional teams efficiently.
Experience in cruise, travel, or hospitality is a plus.
Open to leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
