What You’ll Do

Be the first to engage with internet, email, and phone inquiries from potential car buyers

Schedule appointments using proven scripts and CRM tools

Track and update all customer activity in our CRM system

Provide a world-class experience that gets people excited to visit our dealership

What You Bring

A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Confidence with computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

High school diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Bonus: Previous dealership or phone sales experience (not required – we’ll train you!)
