Job Overview
Seeking an Employee Communications Professional who can apply their communications expertise to execute communication strategy, processes and tactics, disseminate communication throughout the organization, as well as oversee electronic communication vehicles such as company/division intranets and web-based information systems.

Responsibilities

Supporting, developing and managing internal corporate-wide and/or business division‑specific employee communications programs.

Developing effective internal employee news and communication programs for corporate-wide and/or business division‑specific messaging.

Collaborating with HR, Marketing and other internal teams to develop editorial content and specialized communication programs.

Writing and editing internal articles & announcements.

Developing and implementing communication plans relating to organizational change.

Developing and driving the implementation of business‑related employee communication plans.

Providing strategic counsel and tactical support to key organizational executives on the planning, development and execution of employee communication.

Preparing materials for communication meetings, executive memos, presentations, Q&As, articles, and/or newsletters.

Providing content from business groups for employee communication efforts. Channels include (but not limited to) web, video, print, conference calls, face‑to‑face meetings and presentations.

Minimum Qualifications
The candidate will be a skilled communications professional, with experience developing internal communications, writing and editing, and managing matrixed project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of employee/organizational communication, PR or marketing communications experience

Outstanding writing and editing skills, with an ability to bring life to technical subjects

Demonstrated skills in communication strategy/planning, project management, budget management, vendor management and global perspective/cultural sensitivity

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tact and diplomacy

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a wide range of people in a fast‑paced environment

Change management/communications and executive communication counseling desired

International employee communications experience desired

Wireless industry and technology knowledge preferred

Education Requirements
Bachelor's in Journalism or Communication preferred.
