Primary Purpose
The Digital Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital tactics, content, channels, and activities across multiple digital channels as part of integrated marketing campaigns that are intended to generate demand and leads for regional sales. This role collaborates closely with Americas Sales and Global BU Marketing teams to deliver accurate data, actionable insights, and optimized workflows that drive performance against business objectives.

Indicative Performance Measures

Growth in lead generation volumes, campaign performance, and prospect engagement through data-driven activities.

Effectiveness and optimization of digital campaigns based on response and conversion metrics.

Contribution to marketing objectives through improved digital execution, performance insights, and channel effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Digital content creation and execution, including building campaign and event landing pages, email campaigns, social posts, and simple image assets using Canva templates, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign goals.

Manage the execution of digital campaigns and optimize performance based on response rates and engagement metrics.

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support prospecting, lead generation, and driving attendance for regional workshops and events.

Analyze digital channel and campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Americas Sales and Global BU Marketing to ensure digital efforts align with regional and global initiatives.

Work collaboratively with sales, coordinate and market field based campaigns such as territory specific workshops, roadshows, etc.

Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Person Specification – Essential Requirements
This role is critical to ensuring accurate, actionable data and insights that fuel awareness, engagement, and demand generation.

Education / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

Professional Skills / Abilities

Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, and advertising channels including Paid Search/SEM, SEO, Social Media, marketing automation, landing page creation, and website optimization.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Ability to research, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable lists and insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.

Compensation
In accordance with Massachusetts law, the expected salary for this full-time, benefited position is between $80,000-$95,000. The actual compensation will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and other factors permitted by law.
