Commercialization Manager (CPG | External Manufacturing Focus)
East Coast (Miami or Philadelphia preferred; open to remote with travel)

A globally recognized, premium CPG brand is hiring a Commercialization Manager to lead the execution of new product launches across a growing portfolio of categories.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on role focused on bringing products to life through external manufacturing partners. The company is investing heavily in innovation and expanding beyond its core portfolio – this individual will play a critical role in making that happen.

The Role
This position sits at the intersection of innovation, operations, and supply chain, with full ownership of commercialization from concept through launch. You’ll work across multiple product categories (snacks, dairy, fruit‑based products, and more), managing external partners and ensuring products are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end commercialization of new products across a global network of co-manufacturers

Identify, vet, and onboard external manufacturing partners (domestic and international)

Lead RFP processes, contract negotiations, and supplier selection

Manage production readiness, including facility audits and first production runs

Drive timelines and execution, ensuring partners deliver on cost, quality, and servicePartner cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and internal teams to bring innovation to market

Act as the primary liaison to external partners, resolving issues and maintaining accountability

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in CPG operations, supply chain, or commercialization

Direct experience working with co‑packers / contract manufacturers

Proven ability to take products from concept through launch

Background in high‑growth or entrepreneurial environments with hands‑on ownership

Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience

Ability to operate with urgency and drive execution in fast‑paced environments

Strong communication and influencing skills with both internal teams and external partners
