Our client is seeking a Brand & Product Manager to lead brand growth, innovation, and product development initiatives across a portfolio of food brands.
This individual will be responsible for developing consumer-focused strategies, driving commercialization efforts, and partnering cross-functionally to bring innovative products to market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual brand plans and growth strategies
Lead product innovation and commercialization initiatives
Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing and product strategies
Manage new product launches from concept through execution
Support packaging, positioning, pricing, and portfolio management decisions
Partner with Sales, Operations, and R&D teams to drive successful execution
Manage agency and vendor relationships
Track brand performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Qualifications
5+ years of CPG brand management, product marketing, or innovation experience
Food, beverage, seasoning, condiment, or packaged goods experience strongly preferred
Experience managing product launches and commercialization initiatives
Strong analytical, strategic, and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
