Sales Manager
Edie Parker is the leading female‑founded and female‑operated lifestyle brand merging fashion and cannabis.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to own strategy and commercial performance of our fashion and home business. This role is both strategic and highly hands‑on. You will own distribution, accounts and execution end‑to‑end—from opening and developing key accounts, to managing strategic retail partnerships and exclusives, to driving reorders and building the systems that support scale.

You will partner closely with Marketing to ensure a strong, cohesive brand presence across all wholesale touchpoints, and with Product to inform the roadmap, integrate market feedback, and align on the fashion and trade‑show calendar.

Job Description

Own wholesale strategy and distribution across fashion and home.

Own and evolve the wholesale strategy across fashion and home.

Refine and expand distribution across specialty and major retailers.

Evaluate opportunities through both a commercial and brand lens.

Own wholesale revenue targets and performance across accounts.

Drive sell‑through, reorders, and SKU productivity.

Identify top‑performing products and scale them across distribution.

Continuously assess account productivity and make clear decisions on where to invest or pull back.

Own relationships with key wholesale partners and buyers.

Lead line reviews, assortment, and market appointments.

Manage strategic retail partnerships and exclusives.

Ensure a strong, consistent, and elevated brand presence across all wholesale touchpoints.

Build forecasts, track performance, and manage pipeline.

Ensure best‑in‑class execution across order flow, fulfillment, and account communication.

Partner with Planning and Finance on inventory planning and allocation.

Refine tools, reporting, and processes across wholesale.

Partner with Marketing to support launches, trade, and brand moments.

Continue to build a more structured, scalable wholesale channel.

Requirements

5–8+ years in wholesale sales in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands with a strong book of business.

Experience operating in a high‑growth or entrepreneurial environment.

Proven ability to both open accounts and grow them into repeat, productive partners.

Comfortable owning both strategy and execution—able to operate at a high level while staying close to the details.

Strong commercial instincts: understands sell‑through, margin, and inventory dynamics.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented; able to build structure and processes where needed.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Entrepreneurial, self‑directed, and motivated by ownership.

Compensation & Location
Compensation:

$90,000–$110,000 base + performance‑based bonus.

NYC.
