CANNABIS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Flower by Edie Parker, the leading female‑founded lifestyle brand, is looking for a Regional Account Executive to lead sales efforts across the Southeast (MD, VA, DE, FL).

Founded in 2019, Flower by Edie Parker ushers in a new generation of cannabis consumers with an irreverent and bold collection of design‑forward accessories and premium cannabis products. Merging the worlds of fashion and flower, Flower by Edie Parker continues to break barriers and normalize the use and enjoyment of the plant.

Summary
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about our brand and is laser‑focused on achieving monthly sales goals through creating and identifying opportunities for the brand. Candidates should have a proven track record in cannabis and will bring their experience and relationships to Flower by Edie Parker. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter, ambitious, organized, data‑driven and has a knack for talking to anyone.

Sales & Business Growth

Drive sales growth by increasing velocity in existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities

Own and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets, proactively addressing challenges and opportunities to refine strategies

Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate demand planning to achieve sales goals

Lead sales meetings and work in close collaboration with licensed partners

Co‑manage the promotional calendar with the marketing team to maximize sales efforts and align sales initiatives

Oversee territory Field Marketing Representatives to ensure field marketing efforts are aligned with key business initiatives and sales goals

Identify and execute upsell opportunities for smoking accessories, working cross‑functionally with the Senior Sales Manager to maximize revenue

Account & Relationship Management

Develop and foster strong relationships with buyers and key decision‑makers

Travel to key markets, as needed, to meet with buyers and strengthen account relationships

Provide insights on market intelligence to influence critical business decisions

Operations & Reporting

Generate bi‑weekly sales reports, including key KPIs, outreach logs and recommendations

Track and manage account communications, including buyer interactions, product feedback and promotional planning

Work cross‑functionally with National Retail Marketing Manager on sampling distribution

Requirements

2+ years of cannabis sales experience

Must be based in the Maryland / DC area

Established relationships and book of business
