Social Media Manager

in St. Louis, MO for a direct hire position, hybrid.

5 to 9 years of experience in social media, marketing, or graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; Figma or Canva a plus.
Experience managing LinkedIn company pages using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and HubSpot or SEMrush.
Background in B2B or professional services marketing; accounting or advisory experience strongly preferred.
Manage day‑to‑day social media publishing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, with a primary focus on brand awareness, SEO, and lead generation.
Develop on‑brand graphics and marketing collateral including infographics, sell sheets, presentations, email templates, and digital ads.
Track and report on social performance metrics including engagement, referral traffic, and web sessions on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Coordinate with the Content Strategy team to execute the editorial calendar accurately and on schedule.
Monitor platform trends and recommend creative or strategic improvements to increase visibility and audience engagement.
