Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Manager will build and optimize digital campaigns to drive measurable results. This position will work within websites and digital platforms to improve performance and user engagement. The role operates under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and is focused primarily on execution rather than strategy.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Retargeting
Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads and retargeting
Improve cost per acquisition and campaign performance
Website & Conversion

Build and update pages in WordPress
Create landing pages for campaigns
Improve user experience and conversion rates
Campaign Execution

Execute campaigns tied to promotions and key initiatives
Test messaging, offers, and user journeys
Analytics

Track performance using Google Analytics
Report on key metrics and insights
Support

Assist with email campaigns (execution only)
Collaborate with content and design teams
Required:

Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
WordPress
Google Tag Manager
Preferred:

Looker Studio
Klaviyo
Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
BigCommerce
Basic HTML/CSS
Knowledge and Skills

2-4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Experience running Google and Meta ads
Strong understanding of website UX and conversion
SEO experience is not required for this role
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, not required. Equivalent hands-on experience strongly considered.
