Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a
hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager
who has personally built and optimized campaigns, worked inside websites, and can show measurable results.
This role works under the Director of Marketing and is focused on
execution, not strategy.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Retargeting
Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads and retargeting
Improve cost per acquisition and campaign performance
Website & Conversion
Build and update pages in WordPress
Create landing pages for campaigns
Improve user experience and conversion rates
Campaign Execution
Execute campaigns tied to promotions and key initiatives
Test messaging, offers, and user journeys
Analytics
Track performance using Google Analytics
Report on key metrics and insights
Support
Assist with email campaigns (execution only)
Collaborate with content and design teams
Tools
Required:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
WordPress
Preferred:
Looker Studio
Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity
BigCommerce
Basic HTML/CSS
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
Experience running Google and Meta ads
Strong understanding of website UX and conversion
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑focused role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, not required. Equivalent hands‑on experience strongly considered.
