Job Description: IT Talent Sourcer (Contract)
Location: Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-month contract

Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Talent Sourcer to support a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top technical talent, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Advisors/Recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, etc.)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess fit
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
Stay aligned with business goals and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly
Track and manage candidate activity within ATS and sourcing tools
Maintain knowledge of market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights
Promote diversity by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies
Provide timely communication and updates to candidates and internal teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall professional experience
3+ years of technical sourcing experience (corporate and/or agency environment)
Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social platforms
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
