About the Role
We are seeking a temporary freelance Designer to contribute to the Rebecca Taylor women’s apparel collections. This role is ideal for a designer with 3+ years of experience working within the contemporary or premium fashion market, with a strong proficiency in sketching and tech packing. This role will start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Designer and Design Director to develop and execute women’s apparel collections that align with the brand aesthetic and commercial goals

Create and refine croqui sketches, CADs, and technical flats

Create tech packs in excel including BOM & construction details

Assist in preparing and presenting designs during internal design reviews

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s contemporary or premium apparel design.

Proficiency in Procreate, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Highly organized with excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
