Account Executive

We support both consultant staffing and direct hire search.

This role is for someone who is comfortable on a phone, on video, excited to book meetings, willing to go after opportunities to HELP and proud to be in the pfofessional of sales.

Expected compensation
$50,000 - $60,000 base plus uncapped commission and bonuses
What you will do
You will prospect, qualify, and build relationships with new client accounts. You will learn how to identify hiring problems, open the doors, and turn conversations into help and solutions and job orders.
You will partner closely with our recruiting team to deliver consultants and direct hire talent. You will build and maintain a portfolio of business, use internal and external networks to create demand, and stay accountable to clear daily and weekly activity goals. You will manage relationships with clients and consultants throughout the hiring process and build long-term trust.
