Production Technician

We are seeking a

Production Technician

in

Little Rock, AR , to perform essential tasks involved in the production of company products. This position will work in various assigned departments and job roles as needed to ensure the efficient production, packaging, and shipping of flour and crisp rice products.

Key Responsibilities
Perform all production tasks related to manufacturing, packing, and shipping food products.
Operate powered equipment, including forklifts, as required.
Understand basic machine functions to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
Follow all food safety, legal, quality, and process control regulations.
Maintain accurate company records and promptly report any defective materials or issues to a supervisor or lead operator.
Ensure the work area and equipment remain clean and in good working condition.
Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

At least

one (1) year of experience

in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience in the food or chemical industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and accept supervision.
Must be able to read and interpret customer orders and production documents.
Basic computer proficiency is required.
Must be able to stand for extended periods.
Occasional stooping, bending, and kneeling required.
Ability to perform close visual work on controls and identify color variations.
Must wear required PPE at all times.
Ability to work extended shifts and weekends as necessary.
Must be able to climb ladders and work at various heights.
Capable of lifting up to

50 pounds

regularly without assistance.
Work is performed in

non-air-conditioned

production areas, both indoors and outdoors.
Uneven walking surfaces are present.
Exposure to dust, rotating equipment, hot and cold temperatures, noise, and moving lift equipment.
