Sales Representative, Major Accounts
ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. This is a hybrid role located within a designated geographic territory.

Responsibilities
In this role you will sell human resources technology to companies with 50–999 employees, manage complete sales cycles, and forecast the sales pipeline. You will focus on:

Conducting field sales and building a book of business.

Documenting and managing multiple sales cycles through implementation.

Serving as a trusted advisor and ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Collaborating daily with cross‑functional teams to reach sales goals.

Core Requirements

Proven track record of closing sales and managing territory.

Positive self‑starter with cold‑calling, time‑management, and articulate presentation skills.

Education & Experience
A college degree is desirable but not required. Acceptable experience includes:

Two or more years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.

Three or more years in HCM, technology, or related sales.

Military experience, recognized for discipline and problem‑solving.

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales.

Benefits
Base salary range: $85,000–$91,000 (may vary by location and experience). Additional compensation can include bonus, equity, and commissions.
