We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales department, develop revenue growth strategies, and build long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager will oversee all sales operations, drive business development initiatives, manage key accounts to exceed company targets.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Fleet Development
Develop and manage commercial accounts for van and box truck rentals.
Secure partnerships with production companies, logistics operators, and contractors.
Lead RFP processes with city agencies, municipalities, and government contracts.
Identify new verticals and market opportunities for fleet rental expansion.
Dealership Partnerships
Build and scale dealership loaner rental programs to support auto retailers.
Develop rental offerings within dealership retail operations to maximize vehicle utilization.
Negotiate partnership agreements with dealership groups to expand footprint.
Design and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key corporate and B2B clients.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to structure competitive proposals.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to stay ahead.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience 3+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in car rental industry.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make data‑driven decisions.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills.
