Full Time| Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM| 40/60 onsite/remote|

Job Purpose or Goals

Responsible for high-level relationship management with clients. Be primary management contact and client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution. Responsible for client satisfaction, maintain client communication, and the management of your client relationship. Work to grow your client relationship by identifying new business opportunities. You will report to the BRM Director.
Tasks:

1. You will be the primary contact to the business' executive level leadership in dealing with technology service improvements and relationship management.

2. Create the IT services agreed upon SLA's/OLA's and report on breeches to the executive level leadership of the business and IT.

3. Assess and comprehend desired outcomes at a strategic level and help provision IT solutions when applicable.

4. Participate in strategic planning with the business to align IT to deliver services.

5. You will conduct personal interviews with executive level business leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.

6. Review service improvement plans with executive level leadership of the business and IT.

7. Review Measurements for signs of degraded service. Report on any negative trends.

8. You will monitor strategic goals of the business. Report on any negative trends or missed deadlines.

9. Be responsible for business satisfaction of IT Services delivered.

10. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Computer Technology field or equivalent work experience or 4 years related experience.

Collaborate IT solutions or business development.

Familiar with Project Management and implementation processes

Seven years of related business experience building relationships with customers, clients and colleges
